The room I booked was kept nicely clean and available with balcony. The highlight was the decent food. The location was great and brilliant, near Yaletown, Gastown, Waterfront, Stanley Park and many restaurants and shopping. The pool was heated and I had good drinks in the Irish bar.

The room was updated on level 19, the staff was professional. The venue's position was central.

A great place for strolling around in Vancouver with a decent price-quality ratio. The pool was heated but still a bit cool for winter. Tip, park in the garage instead of at the front desk for a better rate.

unsurpassed location, m2 of the rooms are very comfortable, as shown in the photos. It has been the hotel where I've been closest to the commercial photos that are shown, incredible view from the room and very kind staff. I'm coming back!
I liked everything, but it's expensive. Vancouver itself is an expensive city. If you travel alone it is an ideal hotel for self-care.

The location was incredible and best possible, close to a cathedral church. The staff were attentive and awesome during our stay. The breakfast was satisfactory, and the lobby was kept stocked.
The staff were normal, didn't expect that coming.

Great for exploring downtown!
Super convenient location near attractions and dining spots. The lobby is nice, and I loved having a Starbucks on site! Just a heads up, the beds were kinda lumpy and not the best for those with back issues. Perfect for a fun trip, but they should def fix those beds.

It seems to me that a hotel like Hyatt, should include the cost of a couple of bottles of water in the price of the room and not charge 3 dollars per bottle.
